ITS Media Services requires a room confirmation number from Facilities before they can guarantee support. Please ensure you have a confirmation number ready before submitting the form.

Please submit these requests online at least 14 days in advance. Anything less than two weeks cannot be guaranteed. Under 'Special Instructions,' please indicate any breaks like lunch, etc. and their times.
