UTampa reserves the right to discipline any student or disaffiliate from any registered student organization whose actions—whether on or off campus—violate the Student Code of Conduct. This includes conduct that:

  • Impairs or interferes with the university’s mission or functions
  • Obstructs university processes or operations

If you believe a 香蕉視頻_91香蕉_蜜桃傳媒a student or student organization is engaging in behavior off campus that violates the Student Code of Conduct or the law, please take the following steps:

  1. Contact Local Law Enforcement
Immediate safety concerns should be reported directly to local authorities.

  2. Submit a Public Incident Report
Complete our Public Incident Report Form to notify the university.
Reports are reviewed by the Office of Student Conduct during normal business hours.

To help us effectively follow up, please be as detailed as possible. When submitting a report, consider including:

  • Names or descriptions of individuals involved
  • Date, time, and locations of the incident
  • Photo/video evidence
  • UTampa parking decals or license plate numbers
  • Any other relevant context or identifying information

You may also upload media files directly to the form. These materials can greatly assist in identifying individuals or organizations involved.

  • The University cannot identify students based solely on off-campus addresses.
  • If the Office of Student Conduct is unable to verify the report or identify those involved, the University’s response may be limited.
  • Once identified, students who violate the Code of Conduct will be subject to UTampa’s student conduct procedures.

  • The student conduct process is educational in nature and protected under the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).
  • Conduct proceedings are confidential and differ from legal or criminal processes, where reporting parties may receive case updates or outcomes
